# Function Health alternatives in 2026

> Function Health alternatives compared with dated prices: Superpower, Empirical Health, Mito Health, Everlywell 360, InsideTracker, SiPhox Health, pay-per-test Quest, Labcorp OnDemand and Ulta Lab Tests, and trackers that keep results from any lab (Health3, Guava, MyBloodTest).

Function Health is a US testing membership: two lab visits a year at Quest with clinician-reviewed results. Its alternatives fall into three groups: other testing memberships, tests bought one at a time without a membership, and trackers that keep results from any laboratory, including Function, in one history.

## Verdict

**Short answer:** On November 6, 2026, Function Health listed $365 a year for 160+ lab tests across two Quest visits. Other options: Superpower ($199 a year for one 100+ biomarker draw), Empirical Health ($190 one-time for 100+ biomarkers), Mito Health (a $99 yearly membership plus panels from $86.97 and a draw fee), Everlywell 360 ($399 a year for one 83-biomarker test), InsideTracker ($489 with one test and recommendations) and SiPhox Health (at-home kits from $124). Quest, Labcorp OnDemand and Ulta Lab Tests sell single tests and panels with no membership. To keep results from Function and any later laboratory in one history, a tracker such as Health3 (iPhone and Android), Guava or MyBloodTest works alongside any of them.

## How we chose and compared

People who look for a Function Health alternative usually want one of three things: a lower yearly price for a similar blood draw, tests bought one at a time, or a way to keep their results after cancelling. This guide lists options for each. Health3 AG makes Health3 and publishes this guide. The order is a reading order, not a scored ranking. Facts come from each company’s own pages on the dates shown, and missing evidence is treated as unverified rather than as a missing feature. Biomarker counts are the providers’ own and are not directly comparable, because each counts differently.

## What Function Health offers

On November 6, 2026, Function’s pricing page listed $365 a year, charged annually, for 160+ lab tests: 100+ at the annual visit and 60+ three to six months later, at more than 2,000 Quest locations. A home or office draw is available for an additional fee that varies by location. Function says clinicians review every result. Its FAQ lists 48 states, not yet Rhode Island, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, says testing in New York and New Jersey can cost more, and says results can be downloaded as a PDF.

## Other testing memberships

**Superpower** listed $199 a year on November 6, 2026 for one 100+ biomarker blood test a year at Quest locations, a personalized plan, Superpower AI and an on-demand care team. Its own comparison page gives $399 a year in New York and New Jersey and $119 for an at-home draw. Its FAQ lists 41 states plus Washington, D.C.

**Everlywell 360** listed $399 a year for one 83-biomarker lab test a year at Quest, with a clinician-reviewed care plan. Everlywell says the membership is not offered in Arizona, Alaska, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York or Rhode Island.

**InsideTracker** listed $489 for its membership with one Ultimate test (up to 54 biomarkers) and $340 for each later member test; a mobile draw costs $119 more and is required in New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Hawaii, Arizona and Canada. Its membership adds personalized diet, supplement, exercise and lifestyle recommendations. See [InsideTracker alternatives](https://www.health3.app/compare/insidetracker-alternatives/).

**SiPhox Health** sends an at-home upper-arm collection kit on a monthly, quarterly or six-month cadence: $124 for the first cycle including shipping, then $149 per cycle. It does not yet serve Hawaii or New York and also serves Canada.

## One-time panels and tests without a membership

**Empirical Health** listed $190 as a one-time payment for 100+ biomarkers in one visit at Quest or BioReference, with app access; a $399 option adds a video visit with a doctor, and New York and New Jersey add a $99 lab fee.

**Mito Health** sells panels with an optional membership of $9 a month or $99 a year; non-members pay 40% more. Member prices on November 6, 2026 were $86.97 (Essential, 118 biomarkers), $197.59 (Core, 138) and $323.88 (Pro, 166), plus a per-visit draw fee ($15 at Quest, $11.50 at Labcorp, $9.50 at BioReference) or $99 for an at-home draw. Mito says lab testing is not available in Rhode Island or Hawaii.

**Quest** sells tests directly at questhealth.com: for example the Elite Health Profile (85+ health indicators) at $399 plus a $6 physician service fee, or a lipid panel at $59, with in-home collection for $99 more where available. That profile lists no collection in Arizona, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

**Labcorp OnDemand** sells tests without insurance billing, with the physician order included: the Advanced Health Panel (65+ markers) was $399, with collection at 2,000+ Labcorp centers and 400+ Labcorp at Walgreens locations. Labcorp says the service is available in all 50 states.

**Ulta Lab Tests** sells panels from $73.95 to $449.95 (62 to 117 biomarkers) plus a $12.95 standard draw fee; it says state law prevents direct-access testing in Hawaii, New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island.

## Keeping your results when you switch

Function’s FAQ says results can be downloaded as a PDF, and its terms say a cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the billing cycle, so download each report before access ends. Quest, Labcorp OnDemand, Mito and Ulta Lab Tests also describe PDF reports. A separate tracker keeps all of them in one history, whichever service ran the test.

**Health3:** Health3 is a blood test tracker for iOS and Android. Supported lab result PDFs and report photos go into one history, extracted values are reviewed before saving, and 300+ biomarkers can be tracked over time. Health3 also offers lifestyle journal entries, reference sources, biomarker relationships and report export. On iOS, supported Apple Health Clinical Records can also be imported. Health3 provides educational context and does not diagnose or recommend treatment. Health3 is currently available on iOS and Android. The web app is temporarily unavailable. Ongoing automated report scanning requires Premium; onboarding access and offers are shown in the mobile app.

Health3 has no account connection to Function or any lab; supported PDFs and report photos are imported and reviewed before saving. Step-by-step guides: [keeping Function Health results after cancelling](https://www.health3.app/import/function-health/) and [keeping blood work from different labs in one place](https://www.health3.app/import/multiple-labs/). **Guava** and **MyBloodTest** are other trackers; the [blood work tracker comparison](https://www.health3.app/compare/best-blood-test-tracking-apps/) covers their differences.
