What kind of help we can give

Health3 is a wellness reference and biomarker tracking app. Our support team can help with:

  • Subscription, billing, and refund questions (handled in cooperation with the App Store or Google Play, depending on where you purchased)
  • Account access, password resets, and account deletion
  • Reporting bugs, crashes, or unexpected behaviour
  • Feature requests and feedback on the app
  • Privacy questions and data export requests under GDPR

What we cannot do: Health3 is not a medical service. We cannot interpret your blood test results, give medical advice, recommend medications, or replace a consultation with your doctor. For any health-related interpretation of your results, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
