57 New Biomarkers: Urine and Kidney, Ratios, Bone Turnover and Trace Elements

Key Highlights

  • Health3 now tracks 57 more biomarkers, taking the catalog past 300. The second autumn 2026 expansion adds spot and 24-hour urine measurements, common lab ratios and indices, bone turnover markers, advanced lipid markers, hormones and nutrients, and six trace elements. Report parsing, manual entry, trends and test reports cover all of them.

Urine and kidney (20 markers)

  • Urine color, Urine albumin, 24-hour urine albumin, Urine creatinine, 24-hour urine creatinine, Urine albumin/creatinine ratio, Urine protein/creatinine ratio, Urine sodium, 24-hour urine sodium, Urine potassium, 24-hour urine potassium, Urine calcium, 24-hour urine calcium, Urine phosphorus, 24-hour urine phosphorus, Urine osmolality, 24-hour urine volume, 24-hour urine free cortisol, Creatinine clearance, SDMA.

Ratios and indices (8 markers)

  • BUN/creatinine ratio, AST/ALT ratio, Neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio, Monocyte/lymphocyte ratio, Triglycerides/HDL ratio, Non-HDL/HDL cholesterol ratio, HOMA beta-cell function, HOMA2 insulin sensitivity.

Lipids and cardiometabolic markers (8 markers)

  • Remnant cholesterol, Small dense LDL cholesterol, Desmosterol, Campesterol, Beta-sitosterol, TMAO, ADMA, GlycA.

Hormones and nutrients (8 markers)

  • Bioavailable testosterone, Bioavailable testosterone (%), DHEA, Free 25-OH vitamin D, Beta and gamma tocopherol, EPA+DPA+DHA, Red blood cell magnesium, Adiponectin.

Trace elements in whole blood (6 markers)

  • Cobalt, Titanium, Antimony, Silver, Tin, Barium.

Bone turnover (4 markers)

  • Beta-CTX, Intact P1NP, TRAP 5b, Undercarboxylated osteocalcin.

Blood count (3 markers)

  • Nucleated red blood cells (absolute), Nucleated red blood cells (per 100 WBC), Reticulocyte hemoglobin.

How the new markers behave

  • Timed and creatinine-corrected urine results get their own units, such as mg/24 h, mmol/24 h and mg/g creatinine, and convert only within their own unit family.
  • Where a marker can be measured or calculated in more than one way, such as HOMA1 or HOMA2, manual entry asks which method your lab used and the trend shows one method at a time.
  • Names and explanations are available in all 25 app languages.

Context, not a verdict

  • Health3 organises and tracks results. It does not interpret them and it is not a medical diagnosis or advice. Most of the new markers have no built-in range; the range printed on your lab report applies.
