Regina Maria and Health3 are complementary. Regina Maria provides the medical service: the blood draw, the laboratory analysis, the verified report, and a portal to retrieve it. Health3 is a long-term tracker and visualisation layer for biomarker data from any source. It reads the PDF you download, extracts each biomarker, and charts it against your past values.

The practical gap Health3 fills is continuity. Results in the Regina Maria ecosystem are organised per request: each analysis is its own report. If you have tested over several years, through different subscriptions, employers' occupational-health packages, or other labs entirely, your numbers live in separate documents and portals. Health3 puts them on one set of charts.

How to download your Regina Maria PDF

Health3 imports your results from a PDF you download yourself. We do not connect to Regina Maria through an API, and we never ask for your Regina Maria credentials. Regina Maria's published patient pages describe these routes to your results:

1. Sign in to the results portal at rezultate.reginamaria.ro using the access details allocated with your analysis request, or use your Contul Meu account at contulmeu.reginamaria.ro. The Contul Meu service is free for all patients and can be activated entirely online.
2. Open the analysis report you want to keep.
3. Use the view, download, or print option to save the report as a PDF.
4. Save the PDF to your phone, cloud drive, or computer.

The Regina Maria mobile app offers the same account-based access on your phone. Menus and labels can change between releases, so if an option has moved, Regina Maria's own help pages have the current steps. Once the PDF is saved, the rest happens inside Health3.

How Health3 reads your Regina Maria PDF

Use the Health3 mobile app to import a supported PDF or report photo. The mobile multipage parser has a 100 MB limit. These are 1,024-based byte limits. Review extracted dates, values and units before saving; file size alone does not establish compatibility.

Health3 extracts supported results for review. Recognition depends on report layout, legibility, marker identity and unit mappings. Multilingual interface support does not guarantee recognition of every report in that language. Compare the preview with the original before saving.

Once parsing is complete, Health3 presents the extracted values for review before saving. You can correct anything that looks off, then confirm. The entry is stored as a regular test result, indistinguishable from a panel imported from any other provider.

What happens after your Regina Maria results are in Health3

The first import becomes a baseline. Each biomarker is shown with its current value, the reference range from your Regina Maria report, and a category such as metabolic, lipid, hormonal, or thyroid. Tap any biomarker to read a plain-language explanation and pin favourites to your dashboard.

From the second import onward, Health3 produces time-series views: each biomarker becomes a line chart with your historical points overlaid against the reference range. You can see at a glance whether values are drifting up, drifting down, or holding steady, and journey-aware AI insights can summarise the pattern in plain language.

You can also export a clean PDF of your trends to bring to a clinician, useful when your doctor practises outside the Regina Maria network and would otherwise see only your latest report.

Privacy and data handling

Health3 is GDPR-compliant and treats lab results as sensitive personal data. Authentication is handled via email and password, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In, and subscription billing runs through RevenueCat for users who choose the paid tier. You are uploading your own report to your own account, the same way you might store it in a personal cloud drive, and you remain in control of who else sees it.

You choose when to export reports or share selected biomarkers through access that can expire and be revoked. Health3 uses account-based storage and processing described in its privacy policy. It does not diagnose or provide clinical care.

Combining Regina Maria results with other labs

Many people in Romania mix providers over the years: an annual package at Regina Maria, an occasional panel at Synevo, tests at a public hospital, or blood work done abroad. Health3's import does not care which provider issued the report; all results stack onto the same per-biomarker timelines, with each report's own reference range preserved.
