Import Lab Results into Health3
Step-by-step guides for importing PDF lab results from the major lab providers. Health3's OCR engine reads PDF reports from any provider in any of 25 supported languages and turns them into a long-term, searchable timeline of your biomarkers.
How importing works
Health3 does not connect directly to any lab provider via API. Instead, you download the PDF report from your provider's patient portal and upload it to Health3. The app's lab-report parser reads the document, standardises biomarker names, normalises units, and adds the values to your timeline. Multi-page PDFs up to 100 MB are supported.
Each guide below walks through where to find your PDF in the provider's portal, what to expect during parsing, and how to handle edge cases. Health3 supports 180 biomarkers across hormones, lipids, iron status, vitamins, kidney and liver function, glucose, inflammation markers, and complete blood count components.
