Synevo and Health3 solve different problems. Synevo performs the blood draw, runs the analysis, and delivers a verified report. Health3 is a long-term tracker and visualisation layer for biomarker data from any source: it reads the PDF you download from Synevo, extracts each biomarker, and adds it to a per-marker timeline that you control.

The strongest reason to pair the two is continuity. Synevo's own access model is built around individual requests: a code or per-request login gets you to one report, and in Poland that code stops working after 60 days. If you test once or twice a year, the result you need for comparison may no longer be one login away when you want it. By importing each PDF into Health3 as it arrives, you keep every value in one place, on your own device and account, independent of any portal's access rules.

There are practical bonuses too. Health3's interface ships in 25 languages, including Romanian and Polish, so a household that reads results in different languages can share one tool. Imported values remain readable offline, which is useful at appointments. And because the import is format-agnostic, results from a hospital lab, a different network, or a previous country of residence sit on the same charts as your Synevo numbers.

How to download your Synevo PDF in Romania (synevo.ro)

Synevo Romania delivers results through the Rezultate analize section of synevo.ro and through the MySynevo mobile app for Android and iOS. According to Synevo Romania's own FAQ, you can authenticate in two ways:

1. With the online account credentials provided on the analysis request you received at reception. This login shows only the results of that specific request.
2. With a CNP-based online account, available for accounts created previously, which also gives access to the history of tests performed and the evolution of certain values.

Either way, once the report is on screen you can download it in PDF format or print it. Save the PDF to your phone, cloud drive, or computer. How to download your Synevo PDF in Poland (wyniki.synevo.pl)

Synevo Poland uses the wyniki.synevo.pl results page and the MySynevo patient portal at my.synevo.pl. Per Synevo Poland's published instructions, the standard flow looks like this:

1. Go to wyniki.synevo.pl.
2. Enter your PESEL number in the first field. If you do not have a PESEL, enter your passport number preceded by the two-letter country code.
3. Enter the access code you received at the collection point or by SMS.
4. Once the results are displayed, use the download PDF option (Pobierz raport PDF) and save the file.

If you register a MySynevo account, verified results appear there automatically, the portal is available around the clock, and historical results remain visible. For one-off tests without an account, the access code is your only key, which brings us to the expiry problem.

The 60-day window: save your Synevo PDFs now

Synevo Poland's instructions state that the access code for wyniki.synevo.pl is valid for 60 days. Within that window you can log in as many times as you like; after it, the code no longer opens your results. If the PDF was never downloaded, getting the report again means going back through Synevo's customer service or the collection point rather than clicking a link.

The fix takes a minute: download the PDF while the code still works, then import it into Health3. Once parsed, the values live on your own timeline, so the question of how long a portal keeps a link alive stops mattering. This is the single most useful habit for occasional testers: treat the SMS code as a prompt to archive, not just to peek at the result.

How Health3 reads your Synevo PDF

Inside the Health3 app, choose to add a new test result and select the PDF. Health3 supports multi-page PDFs up to 100 MB, so a full Synevo report with several panels imports in one submission. You can also photograph a printed report, upload an image file, or enter values manually.

Health3's OCR engine uses layered recognition steps so that biomarker names, numeric values, units, reference ranges, and collection dates are matched correctly. The parser supports lab reports in 25 languages, including Romanian and Polish, so a report that says hemoglobina or glukoza is recognised just as reliably as its English equivalent. Recognised biomarkers are mapped onto Health3's library of 180 supported biomarkers wherever there is a match.

Once parsing is complete, Health3 presents the extracted values for review before saving. You can correct anything that looks off, a misread decimal or a swapped unit, then confirm. The entry is stored as a regular test result, indistinguishable from a panel imported from any other provider.

What happens after your Synevo results are in Health3

The first import becomes a baseline. Each biomarker is shown with its value, the reference range from your Synevo report, and a category such as metabolic, lipid, hormonal, or thyroid. You can tap any biomarker to read a plain-language explanation and pin favourites to your dashboard.

From the second import onward, Health3 produces time-series views: each biomarker becomes a line chart with your historical points overlaid against the reference range, so you can see whether values are drifting or holding steady. Where multiple results exist for the same marker, journey-aware AI insights can summarise the pattern in plain language.

You can also export a clean PDF of your trends to bring to a clinician, which is handy when your family doctor and your lab are not part of the same system.

Privacy and data handling

Health3 is GDPR-compliant and treats lab results as sensitive personal data. Authentication is handled via email and password, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In, and subscription billing runs through RevenueCat for users who choose the paid tier. You are uploading your own report to your own account, the same way you might store it in a personal cloud drive, and you remain in control of who else sees it.

Sharing happens only when you explicitly export a PDF from Health3. The app does not provide medical diagnoses, does not perform telehealth consultations, and does not run tests; it is purely a tracker for results you already have.

Combining Synevo results with other labs

Health3's import pipeline does not care which provider issued the report. Results from Regina Maria, Diagnostyka, Synlab, a hospital laboratory, or a lab abroad stack onto the same biomarker timelines as your Synevo values. That matters in Romania and Poland, where many people move between public healthcare, private networks, and occupational-health testing over the years.
