InsideTracker alternatives in 2026
InsideTracker combines optional blood testing with a paid recommendation membership and also accepts outside results. Its alternatives fall into two groups: testing memberships that sell the blood draw, and trackers for results obtained elsewhere.
Verdict
Short answer: To replace InsideTracker’s blood tests, consider Function Health (160+ lab tests a year, US), Superpower (a yearly 100+ biomarker test with a plan and care team, US) or SiPhox Health (at-home kits on a chosen cadence, US and Canada). To keep tracking results from any laboratory, consider Health3 (iOS and Android lab history), Guava (broader records with portal sync), MyBloodTest (lab results with wearables and family profiles), Merios (US iPhone, lab results with Apple Health data) or Carrot Care (iPhone, on-device storage). How we chose and compared
InsideTracker does two jobs: it sells blood testing in supported locations, and it turns blood and other data into personalized recommendations through a paid membership. This guide lists alternatives for each job. Health3 AG makes Health3 and publishes this guide. The order is a reading order, not a scored ranking. Facts come from each company’s own pages on the dates shown, and missing evidence is treated as unverified rather than as a missing feature.
What InsideTracker offers
On October 27, 2026, InsideTracker’s store listed Membership plus Ultimate Blood Test at $489, including the annual platform fee, with the Ultimate test advertising up to 54 biomarkers; its membership page gave $149 a year, with each member Ultimate Blood Test at $340. The membership includes personalized diet, supplement, exercise and lifestyle action plans and fitness-tracker sync, and it accepts uploaded blood results from a doctor or other provider. Testing bundles are offered in the US and Canada; an international membership covers people bringing existing data.
Keeping InsideTracker results after cancelling
InsideTracker’s support center says a cancelled membership keeps platform access until it expires, one year from activation, and that without renewal the account keeps access to numerical data in table format. Before access ends, download the original laboratory reports. A tracker such as Health3, Guava, MyBloodTest, Merios or Carrot Care can then hold those reports alongside results from later laboratories; each import depends on the report format.
Testing memberships: Function Health, Superpower and SiPhox Health
Function Health is a US testing membership: its pricing page displayed $365 a year on October 27, 2026, for 160+ lab tests annually across two testing cycles at more than 2,000 Quest locations, and Function says clinicians review results. Its FAQ says testing in New York and New Jersey can cost more.
Superpower listed $199 a year on October 27, 2026 for one comprehensive 100+ biomarker blood test a year, a personalized plan, Superpower AI and an on-demand care team; its own comparison page gives $399 a year in New York and New Jersey. It lists 41 US states plus Washington, D.C. as live.
SiPhox Health listed $124 per kit cycle plus shipping and handling on October 27, 2026, with an at-home upper-arm collection kit on a monthly, quarterly or six-month cadence, action plans and an AI assistant. Kit services cover the US except Hawaii and New York, and Canada.
Trackers for results you already have
Health3: Health3 is a blood test tracker for iOS and Android. Supported lab result PDFs and report photos go into one history, extracted values are reviewed before saving, and 300+ biomarkers can be tracked over time. Health3 also offers lifestyle journal entries, reference sources, biomarker relationships and report export. On iOS, supported Apple Health Clinical Records can also be imported. Health3 provides educational context and does not diagnose or recommend treatment. Health3 is currently available on iOS and Android. The web app is temporarily unavailable. Ongoing automated report scanning requires Premium; onboarding access and offers are shown in the mobile app.
Guava organizes lab results with portal records, medications and symptoms on web, iOS and Android. Its free plan stores and shares records; automatic lab extraction, unlimited profile managers and Guava Assistant AI are Premium.
MyBloodTest scans lab reports with review before saving on iPhone, iPad, Android and web, adds wearable data through Apple Health and Google Health Connect, supports family and child profiles, and can share results with a doctor through a PIN-protected link.
Merios is a US-only iPhone app that reads lab reports together with up to 365 days of Apple Health data and shows a daily score, a PhenoAge estimate and a wellness coach; scanning is part of Plus.
Carrot Care is an iPhone app that stores health data on the device with optional iCloud backup, advertises 1,000-plus biomarkers and offers scores, retest reminders and CSV export for Premium users. It has no Android or web version.
Recommendations versus tracking
InsideTracker’s differentiator is its action-plan layer. Among the alternatives, Superpower and SiPhox Health include personalized plans or action plans, and Function Health provides clinician notes. The trackers organize results and differ in their AI features; Health3 provides educational context and does not turn results into diet, supplement, training or treatment recommendations. Anyone who wants recommendations should compare those services directly; anyone who mainly wants a durable history of results from several laboratories needs a tracker rather than another testing membership.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best InsideTracker alternative?
It depends on the job. For blood testing with a plan, Function Health, Superpower and SiPhox Health are the closest US options. For tracking results from any laboratory, Health3, Guava, MyBloodTest, Merios and Carrot Care are trackers with different platform and feature limits.
Is there a cheaper alternative to InsideTracker?
On October 27, 2026, InsideTracker listed a $149 yearly membership with the member Ultimate test at $340, Superpower listed $199 a year including one yearly test, and Function Health listed $365 a year. Trackers do not include testing; Health3 is free to download, with Premium at $14.99/month or $99.99/year on the US App Store; prices are lower in many countries than in the US.
Can I keep my InsideTracker results after cancelling?
InsideTracker says a cancelled membership keeps access until it expires and that, without renewal, the account keeps numerical data in table format. Download the original laboratory reports and import supported reports into a separate tracker if you want them alongside future results.
Which InsideTracker alternatives work outside the United States?
Function Health and Superpower list US coverage, SiPhox Health covers the US and Canada, and Merios is US-only. Health3, Guava and MyBloodTest are iOS and Android apps for results obtained elsewhere. InsideTracker itself offers an international membership for existing data.
Can Health3 import an InsideTracker report?
Health3 can process a supported PDF or report image and shows the extracted values for review before saving. There is no direct InsideTracker account connection.
